SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gift Spawt. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
USPS shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you require expedited shipping, please select Priority Mail at checkout.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain date.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Gift Spawt ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Due to increased volume and limited staff availability, many carriers are experiencing delays. This means that tracking is not updating in real time, and packages are arriving later than expected.
Once a carrier (USPS or UPS) takes possession of a package, it is out of our control, and we only have information provided by the carrier's online tracking system.
If you believe that your package has been lost in transit, please file an inquiry with USPS or UPS. In the event that a domestic package is not delivered after 21 days in transit, we will consider the package lost and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Undeliverable/Returned Packages
Gift Spawt is not responsible if you provide a wrong shipping address. Please verify your shipping address before processing the payment. If you notice your address is incorrect, please contact us by email ASAP to see if we can make the necessary changes. Please reference your order number when emailing us.
Once an order has shipped, we do NOT stop a package and change its destination.
If an order is returned to us by USPS for the package being undelivered or unable to forward - we do not reship the package for free. There is a $5 (OR MORE) reship fee and a new address will need to be provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Gift Spawt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.
However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.
If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to Gift Spawt, the shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded. In the instance that the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Damages
Gift Spawt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
